Online Therapy for Adults Facing Relationship Struggles, Anxiety, and Life Transitions.

Serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, CA.

Hi, I’m Marcelle.

My work comes from my healing journey. I have training in psychology and the healing arts.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, set boundaries, and find their sense of purpose.

I believe in gently facing what no longer helps you. This way, you can live with more purpose, stronger connections, and a calm mind.

This space is for you if...

  • You feel overwhelmed or stuck in a loop of overthinking

  • You’re the “strong one” who’s now exhausted

  • You’re navigating a major life shift or relationship pattern

  • You want to feel safe in your body and confident in your choices

Is this you?

What I Offer:

  • Compassionate, one-on-one therapy to support you through anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and nervous system regulation.

We will create a space where you can process, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Therapy that honors the mind-body connection — helping you tune into what your nervous system needs, not just what your mind expects.

Especially supportive for those healing from trauma, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing patterns of disconnection.

  • Guidance for those seeking clarity, boundaries, and renewed purpose — in both personal and professional life.

Coaches design sessions to support your growth, creativity, and authenticity.

How Healing Happens Here

Inner work over external validation

Mind-body connection as a foundation for truth

Boundaries, compassion, and personal responsibility

Growth that’s slow, deep, and lasting

What’s Possible When You Begin This Work

Before:

  • Constant self-doubt and second-guessing

  • Panic attacks, shut down, or dissociation

  • Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions

  • Disconnection from your desires and purpose

After:

  • A grounded, steady sense of self

  • Boundaries that feel empowering, not isolating

  • Purpose, creativity, and clarity returning

  • Freedom to feel without being overwhelmed by your feelings

Healing isn’t about becoming a “new” you. It’s about returning to who you have always been. This is underneath the fear, the conditioning, and the expectations.
