Individual Therapy for American Expats Living in London, U.K., and other parts of Europe

Are you living abroad and finding it difficult to access psychotherapy with someone that you can relate to?

I get it. As a California native, my first international trip was to Thailand when I was 10 years-old and since that trip, the traveling bug lingered in my system so much that I couldn’t quite shake it off. Fast forward many years later, I had the privilege to live in West Africa and then the U.K., only to return to London one year ago to study Family Therapy at King’s College. I understand that accessing the mental health system in a foreign country can be quite challenging. I have first-hand experience with culture shock and reverse culture shock (where you have a difficult time returning to your country of origin after living abroad).

My license works in many parts of Europe and I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT).
